the idea of this diagram is about controlling the space weather. the magnetic pole is drifting away from the north pole and so the auroras are drifting away as well. This diagram talks about what if we design skyscrapers full of magnetic rings so that it would keep the magnetic pole in place permanently. as a result we should have a city with amazing skyline that is made up of green, blue, yellow, purple, and red auroras.
